The ECLP is a two-month training and exploration opportunity to prepare early-career staff for leadership opportunities. The program offers modules including Fundamentals of Leadership; Emotional Intelligence; Diversity, Equity and Inclusion; Developing Your Network; Leading Teams; Mentoring; Science and Technical Communication; Community-based Science; and Project Management.

Early Career Scientist Assembly

The ECSA represents the interests of early-career scientists, voicing concerns, solutions, and successes from early-career scientists to NSF NCAR and UCAR management to guide institutional policies.
