Early Career offers unique and comprehensive training opportunities for emerging scientists to cultivate their abilities. The ECLP is a two-month training and exploration opportunity to prepare early-career staff for leadership opportunities. The program offers modules including Fundamentals of Leadership; Emotional Intelligence; Diversity, Equity and Inclusion; Developing Your Network; Leading Teams; Mentoring; Science and Technical Communication; Community-based Science; and Project Management.
